If a generation fails — the model errors out, times out, is blocked, or returns a blank or broken image — our system spots it and puts those credits back in your account. You don't have to ask. Credits are never paid back as money.

How credits work

1 credit = 1 photo. A pack shoot is 20 photos, so it uses 20 credits. Credits don't expire.

Starter · $19 — 40 credits (2 shoots)
Standard · $29 — 80 credits (4 shoots)
Pro · $49 — 150 credits (7 shoots)
