Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 31, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how PixelGlow ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our AI-powered image generation platform. We keep things simple — we collect as little data as possible and we don't store your images.

2. Information We Collect

Email Address

We collect your email address when you create an account. This is used solely for authentication (signing in) and essential account communications. Your password is securely hashed — we never have access to your actual password.

Payment Information

All payments are handled by a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or billing details on our servers. We only retain basic transaction records (amount and date) for accounting purposes.

3. What We Do NOT Store

PixelGlow is designed with a privacy-first approach. We do not store:

  • Generated images — images are delivered directly to your browser and are not saved on our servers.
  • Uploaded reference images — for image-to-image, your uploads are sent to our API provider for processing only and are not retained afterward.
  • Text prompts — your prompts are not stored beyond the duration of the generation request.
  • Passwords — we only store a secure hash. We never have access to your actual password.

Once an image is generated and delivered to your browser, we have no copy of it. If you do not download it, it is permanently lost.

4. How We Use Your Information

Your email is used to authenticate your account and send essential communications (such as purchase confirmations). Transaction records are kept for accounting and to manage your credit balance. We do not sell your information to third parties and we do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

5. Cookies

PixelGlow uses a small number of functional cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your interface preferences (such as sidebar state). These are strictly necessary for the platform to work. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising cookies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your email and transaction records for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you delete your account, all associated data will be removed in accordance with our data retention policy.

8. Age Requirement

PixelGlow is available to users aged 9 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 9. If we discover that a child under 9 has created an account, we will promptly delete the account and associated data.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and secure third-party integrations to protect your data. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a notice on our platform.
