The rules, in plain English.

By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You need to be 18 or older to use PixelGlow.

You upload selfies; our AI models make styled photos of you. The photos are AI-generated. We work hard to make them look like you, but no result is guaranteed to be a perfect likeness.

Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have clearly said yes. Don't upload photos of anyone under 18 unless you're their parent or guardian. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to use those photos.

Don't use PixelGlow to impersonate someone, mislead people, harass anyone, or make sexual, violent or illegal content. We can block a generation, or close an account, that breaks these rules.

You buy credits in one-time packs at the prices shown on our Pricing page. Nothing renews. Credits are added to your account the moment you pay and don't expire. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Credit purchases are final. We don't refund them, in full or in part, including for credits you haven't used.

If a generation or edit fails on our end — the model errors out, times out, is blocked, or returns a blank or broken image — our system detects it and returns the credits that generation used to your account. This happens automatically; it isn't something you request, and credits are never returned as money.

If you live in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. Credits are delivered immediately, so by buying them you ask us to start right away and you acknowledge that you lose this right once delivery has started. We confirm this in your receipt.

None of this affects your legal rights if the service is faulty or not as described.

The photos we make for you are yours to use anywhere — LinkedIn, dating apps, social posts, your website — commercial use included. We only keep the right to store them and show them to you until you delete them.

The free color season and free headshot proof are limited to one proof per person. We use email verification, bot checks and rate limits to keep it free, and we can refuse use that looks automated or abusive.

You can delete your selfies, photos and account any time. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone. Unused credits are lost when you delete your account. What we keep is in the Privacy Policy.

We provide PixelGlow as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before the change takes effect.
