1. Overview

Welcome to PixelGlow. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). PixelGlow provides AI-powered image generation tools, including text-to-image and image-to-image capabilities. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 9 years old to use PixelGlow. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use the service.

3. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits & Payments

PixelGlow uses a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through our platform via a secure payment processor. Each image generation costs 1 credit. Credit prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change with prior notice. Credits do not expire.

5. Refund Policy

All credit purchases are final. We do not offer refunds as a standard policy. In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund, contact us at support@pixelglow.app.

6. Image Generation & No Storage

Images are generated on demand using AI models and are delivered directly to your browser. PixelGlow does not store generated images on its servers. Once you leave the page or close your browser, generated images that have not been downloaded are permanently lost. It is your responsibility to download and save any images you wish to keep. For image-to-image features, uploaded reference images are sent to our API provider for processing and are not retained after generation is complete.

7. Ownership of Generated Content

Subject to these Terms, you own the images you generate through PixelGlow. You are free to use, modify, and distribute them for personal or commercial purposes. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated images complies with applicable laws, including intellectual property, defamation, and privacy laws. PixelGlow makes no claim of ownership over your generated content.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PixelGlow to generate content that:

• Depicts minors in sexual, violent, or exploitative contexts
• Creates non-consensual intimate imagery or deepfakes of real individuals
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
• Constitutes harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Generates fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content
• Attempts to bypass content safety filters

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

9. AI Limitations

AI-generated images may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unintended content. PixelGlow does not guarantee that generated images will meet your exact specifications or expectations. The quality and accuracy of outputs depend on the prompts provided and the capabilities of the underlying AI models.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelGlow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or damages resulting from generated content. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to PixelGlow in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the platform. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of PixelGlow after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
